EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR SALES EXECUTIVE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FIELD)
This Employment Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date of signing by and between TheTechJournalist, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and the undersigned employee, hereinafter referred to as “Employee.” This Contract outlines the terms and conditions of employment for the role of Sales Executive/Sales Representative (Field).

2. COMPENSATION & PAY STRUCTURE
- Base Salary: ₹750 per working day
- Bonus: 10% commission on each sale made
- Paycheck Cycle: Salary will be disbursed bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)
- Deductions: Any applicable government taxes and deductions will be applied
3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire potential customers within assigned field territory.
- Pitch and promote company services and products to clients.
- Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed record of leads, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Adhere to company sales guidelines, targets, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in company sales training and periodic performance reviews.
4. CONTRACT DURATION & TERMINATION
- The contract is valid for an initial period of 3 months, subject to extension based on performance.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate employment if performance benchmarks are not met or if there is a violation of the Company’s policies.
- The Employee must serve a 7-day notice period before resigning.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
- Employees must maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the Company.
- Strictly prohibited: Sharing confidential company information with third parties.
- Employees must not engage in unethical business practices such as misrepresentation of services.
- Employees must adhere to their assigned sales territory and not operate outside of designated areas.
- Employees must comply with all Company policies, including ethical sales practices.
6. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Employees are expected to be available during working hours as designated by their manager.
- Non-performance or failure to meet sales targets may result in contract termination.
- Employees are responsible for their own transportation and field expenses unless otherwise specified.
- The Company retains the right to update or revise employment terms at its discretion.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
- Employees are strictly prohibited from sharing Company-related data, customer information, or internal strategies with external parties.
- Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and legal action if necessary.
8. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
